Ridiculous illegal parking

Sent to Solihull Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8887871.

The people from the foundry gym are parking illegally on double yellow lines all day every day. Absolute hazard if the emergency services need to get there. Also parking on pavements so the kids that come out of the dance studio and ju jutsu place have to walk in the road.
