  In line with the LBB Tree Strategy, a felled tree will be replaced in the next 2-3 years with a suitable tree species for this location. We have made a note of the location above as a tree request and will endeavour to plant a tree in the time frame above.

• Thanks - sorry for the misunderstanding, it’s not that a three was cut down, more that I ask asking is there was a chance you could plant some trees?

• Thank you for providing the location. We have unfortunately come to the end of street tree planting for this season (November 2025- March 2026). This location has been added to the 2026-27 tree planting season’s schedule which will take place roughly between November 2026 to March 2027. Provided that there is available budget and that the tree planting location remains viable, then new trees shall be planted in that tree planting season

• As previously detailed any non replacement tree planting is subject to available budget. Unfortnatley, this request has fallen outwith the available resource. We will hold the location on file should additional resource become available in future years. Thank you for your understanding.

• That’s not what you previously outlined How do you decide which areas get trees and those that don’t? Why did this location not get selected?

• Please accept our apologies for the misleading updates. We have unfortunately come to the end of our 'Treemendous Tree Planting Project'; (https://www.bromley.gov.uk/ trees/ treemendous-tree-planting-programme-underway).

  For tree planting (November 2025 - March 2026) which your original request of January 2025 fell into, due to budgetary constraints, the difficult decision was made to prioritise the replacement planting of felled trees with each location assessed for the viability of replacement planting taking into consideration site constraints, which was supplemented with tree planting of whips with the restocking of sites where trees were lost presumed to be drought related/vandalised.
