Street light 4384R at back of St Peters Ave not working

Sent to Norfolk County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 888736.

This light has now been out since start of this year. Was told by Amey / Norse that installation of new lighting would take place in August due to failing of existing cabling. Nothing has happened and now the nights are pulling in and it's pitch black in the road. What's happening? LET THE STREET KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON!
