Weeds, rubish and dead birdsin water

Reported anonymously at 23:34, Thu 1 September 2016

Sent to Dorset County Council and Weymouth and Portland Borough Council less than a minute later

From Westham Bridge to Swannery car park. Concrete steps/bank and edge of lake used to be maintained. Area is now covered in bramble and weeds. Water has dead birds, rubbish, cone and dead vegetation in it. Area used to be looked after when the pedalos and canoes were there, but is now an eyesore, especially around the Noah's Ark - Gurkha Restaurant. Water needs muck skimming off the top as well. Don't know how responsible RSPB are for this area now due to the bird sanctuary.
