Drain blocked with soil

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8885393.

The drain outside 36 Tangemere drive is completely blocked with soil. I tried loosening it myself but the blockage is deep and compacted. This is causing water to pool and flood to other parts of the road.
