Parking on Yellow Lines and Path

This is the same position of this car parking on Yellow Lines at the top of Rookwood Avenue, Leeds at the junction of York Road taken at approximately 18:40 on 9th February 2926. Clearly they also think that having the car taxed does also not apply to them. These parking issues have been ongoing since the Vape shop on Rookwood Avenue opened but it may not be related.
