Large deep pothole that someone is going to be seriously hurt, if this isn't fixed soon.

Pot hole has been there for a few weeks now.. someone had placed a yellow warning cone in the hole, but someone has hit this and there are bits of this all across the road. You have to move to the opposite side of the road to miss this, forcing you into oncoming traffic!! Please get this fixed ASAP
