Pothole with exposed ironwork

The pothole is on Salisbury St. at the intersection of Green Lane near New Wong's Garden. The manhole cover was damaged in November and has now formed a pothole exposing the ironwork making a hazard to tyres and cyclists. This was previously damaged last February and repaired last July but has failed again.
