Submerged pothole in passing place bottoms out the car

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8877872.

Pothole was so deep the wheel didn't touch the bottom so got stuck with car bottomed out on the edge and diagonal wheel in the air. Couldn't move car and thankfully got towed back out.

You can't see the pothole as filled with water and is in one of thw places you pull over to let other cars through narrow road. At speed the damage to the car would be bad. Luckily I was going very slowly.
