Multiple potholes which have been poorly repaired

These potholes show on Google Maps' satellite photos. Hampshire County Council declare they "do not meet safety criteria which are aligned with National Guidelines". Too much traffic for me to measure the depth of these holes but in recent wet conditions all are filled with rainwater and they constitute a very present danger to 2-wheeled road users who are expecting only a puddle. There are 6 holes in this area between patches which have been resurfaced in the recent past. They need to be properly repaired to assure the safety of road users.
