Dangerous car left on street, no MOT

A car has been left on our street, it has no MOT. It has been in an accident and has sharp metal sticking out of it. It also has a sticker that says the battery is still attached, which is a fire risk.

The prior report was reported 2 weeks ago, nothing has been done. The car completely smashed up, and as it has the battery still attached is a fire risk. This needs dealing with ASAP, as it might be leaking petrol or oil.

For clarity, Bromley Council remove vehicles which are untaxed or deemed abandoned following an investigation. This vehicle is taxed and accident damaged. In the case of an accident the Police are responsible for moving/relocating the vehicle so as not to obstruct a pending collection from the relevant Insurance Company. This vehicle is not considered abandoned, it is not untaxed. We will, however, monitor the area to ensure that third parties i.e. Insurance company remove the vehicle shortly.
