Traffic barriers causing a hazard in Newsham Park

There are several traffic barriers causing a hazard at the junction of Lister Drive, Gardner's Drive and Orphan Drive in Newsham Park. The barriers were put there a few weeks ago to protect pedestrians and motorists from a broken road sign but now they have blown over and have become a problem themselves. The road sign needs fixing urgently or at least the barriers should be weighed down so they don't blow over again.
