Whole road is dangerous

I drive this road once every few months and its so bad it shakes my whole car. There has to be over 200 potholes on this stretch. Its so hazardous that as you are dodging the potholes in your lane, so is the other traffic coming the other direction. If you cant didge them, you have to stop in the road entirely. The road is very poorly lit and part of it is a 60mph zone as well so only a matter of time until theres a collision. The road surface is structurally ruined for a good 500m at least.
