Large deep pothole at side of road

Due to extra traffic on this stretch of road recently, and extra water, vehicles are forced to drive into this deep hidden pothole when traffic is heavy and vehicles try to pass each other. It's not a wide road and is used by lorries (taking up the whole width of the road) and vans (taking up more than half the road).
