10 day old repair failed.

This pothole was filled 10 days ago. This time, could you possibly send adults to fix it instead of a couple of schoolboys in shorts with bandages on their knees?? Does anyone ever check the quality of these repairs or at the contractors working a scam where they carry out a really poor repair then get paid again to do it a 2nd or 3rd time???
