15+inch pot hole and breaking up of previous repair

This pot hole has been there for a few weeks and has now gotten sizeably bigger and deeper. It is also breaking up along the original repair so in no time this will create a bigger hole . It is in the centre of the road where car tyres travel and therefore cars are having to swerve into the lay-by , which is fine if these no cars parked . If there are, they are crossing the white lines to avoid it. This is dangerous . Please fix it asap .
