I bought and moved into this property at 37 Twenty Acres Road BS106PN two and half years ago. An overgrown diseased tree has been growing at the back of the property since before I moved in. I have always had to keep the light on when at home as tree had grown so high it blocked all the light from my bungalow. My gutters are always blocked and the back of my bungalow is always damp where there is no sun to dry it out. My Son noticed that the back wall of my property is cracking and the concrete on the ground along the bass of the wall has lifted since I bought this property, due to the roots of the tree continuing to grow. My neighbour has problems with the his floor inside his bungalow where the roots has travelled under the property. I will be contacting my insurance company for advise on this matter as I am worried about the risk of structural damage. Also with winter approaching my concern is that the tree may be blown over in high winds and land on top of my home which is only a few metres or so from the tree. Kind regards Mrs F Vince

Well you sorted this problem out for yourself, hacked down the healthy established tree leaving branches all over the grass area. Well done criminal damage, not a thought for others. Hope your insurance pays out to remove the devisitation you caused and replants a new tree to this green public area.
