Unsafe foot path

Many trade and delivery vehicles drive over the footpath that is intended for pedestrian and cyclists. Driving over the grass has created deep pits, with mud and earth spread all over the path - making it unsafe for many. The area also looks very unsightly. Please see photos

The path really needs physical means to prevent vehicles driving over the path and grass.
