Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8863659.

There is a series of pot holes after you come over the bridge on Mytchett Place Road all deep and biggest enough for whole wheel to go in. Filled with rain water. no street lights so you can't see them and mud sliding of from the left side of road. This has caused minimum damage of flat tyre and had to have my car towed.
