Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8863223.

Reported this before. Issue still not dealt with. Flooding across entire northbound carriageway. Very dangerous with people coming onto opposite side of road to avoid. Gully and drains need clearing so water can go where it's supposed to.
