I will be bringing a walking group to visit this spot What3Words location https://what3words.com/ decent.called.friend?maptype=satellite as part of a walk to celebrate the work of landscape architect Dame Sylvia Crowe. Unfortunately the plaques celebrating the work have been sprayed with paint. Please could the plaques be cleaned. I can appreciate that the plinth on which they are placed might well be resprayed if it is cleaned but could the plaques themselves be made clear and legible as they have been on previous visits? Bristol Waste Company has investigated your report but was unable to address it because the issue is located in an inaccessible area. Further investigation will be required to find a solution.

Bristol Waste Company are incorrect to say the area is inaccessible. As can be seen in the photos the structure is in an area of mown grass so Bristol City Council teams are able to access it with mowing machinery and of course, I walked there to take the photos. Bristol City Council Property id is 129036 object id is 33076. You simply walk or drive a small vehicle past the front of the Create Centre and follow the footpath to the northwest keeping the water to your left.
