Double decker bus seemingly dumped in parking spaces.

Double decker bus covered in graffiti has been parked across 3 bays behind Windsor Wine & Dine on Gogmore Lane for around a week. Windows covered by curtains and boot is locked with a cable, so potentially dumped or being lived in.

    Persistent and serious obstruction at/near 23 Windsor St, KT16 8AY. Large double-decker bus parked since February on double yellow lines at/near a junction, occupying approx. 4 bays. Its size and position severely restrict visibility for drivers approaching the bend and create a clear highway safety risk. Road layout is constrained with limited manoeuvring space. The vehicle obstructs access from adjacent premises, including an exit route, and may impede emergency access. The bus appears intended for business use (soft play), indicating long-term presence. Request enforcement action.
