Very dangerous manhole cover for BT

The BT manhole cover is broken and very dangerous and my husband nearly just went through the concrete. BT need to send some urgently to repair it to avoid someone seriously injuring themselves. I have no idea what is underneath but it could be dangerous if exposed to the elements.

    It's getting worse. The concrete is breaking up almost daily.

    The hole is more exposed. It is on a pavement by a very busy road. Very hazardous for pedestrians
