Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8860293.

Parking on the grass at the edge of the green, predominantly from school drop of and pick up has churned it up to the point where it is impossible to gain access to the green safely
