Van dumped for over 12 months - used as scrap metal stirage

Vanhas been here over 12 months. This is one of now 5 outside my house owned by a notirious man 2 streets away. Uses all these vehicles to store then move scrap. This can has a flat tyre. It hasn’t moved in over 12 months. All these vehicles (which are documented on whiteway road, maldowers lane, dale street - are all this man’s vehicles. Dumped, never driven, used as mobile storage for scrap - meaning our tax is paying for him to take up our parking spaces outside our homes! He has 20 vehicles used in this way in neighbouring streets - do something please!! None of us can park because of these scrap vehicles

    This van has been dumped here for at least 9+ months taking up valuable parking for local residents and is an eyesore. It has flat tyres and looks unsightly.
