Viaduct Flooded

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8858860.

This footpath is regularly flooded and impassable. Currently very high level of water. Closest diversion is an extra 30mins walk. Elderly are unable to do the alternative route. Not acceptable that this is a regular ongoing issue that’s ignored.
