Qsq damaged retainer wall logs

Less than a week after the great job done by the council to replace the rotten logs fixed to the retainer wall outside 191 Tubbenden Lane, QSQ dug a big hole, but failed to make good and put back the logs. I am worried about them being damaged or stolen immediate action is needed
