Seen Friday 6/2/26.
UK Power Networks, UKPN, have had major excavation works about 1.5m deep and trenches about 7m in length over the last week at this location, with piled up soil to dig the trenches.
The drains which are now blocked with heavy clay soil would appear to be the unremedied legacy of these utility works.
Please either get UKPN to remove the blockages or do so as a council and recharge the cost to UKPN.
Apart from this, the reinstatement looks good.
