Flooding during rain causing inconvenience to pedestrians

Dear Northamptonshire Council, I want to report serious flooding at the pedestrian signal near 41 Billing road , Northampton. On 06/02/2025around 7:45 pm, while waiting at the pedestrian signal, standing water along the road caused vehicles to splash dirty water over me, almost drenching me. This appears to be due to blocked or inadequate drainage and creates a clear safety and health hazard for pedestrians. Please investigate urgently and take measures to improve drainage and prevent water pooling at pedestrian crossings.
