Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8856984.

Second puncture in two weeks. Raining heavily this evening. Pothole covered with a puddle. Cause my car to have a puncture and now on the roadside waiting recovery. Absolutely not acceptable the state of roads we are in.

Still there Saturday February 14th. Puncture to offside front tyre on myu Mini. Well done OCC.
