Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8855854.

Ongoing fly-tipping at this location. Rubbish has been dumped here repeatedly for 6 months and the pile continues to grow. This is not a one-off incident. I personally witnessed a person add another white bag of rubbish to the existing pile. This issue has already been reported to both the housing association and the council. However no action has been taken and the situation is worsening. Please ensure the waste is removed and confirm who is accountable for addressing and preventing further fly-tipping at this location.
