Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8854835.

2 collapsed drains opposite each other on either side of a single track lane which is making it extremely dangerous to drive down there as the tarmac is breaking up and in the road, both drains also block very easily when it rains so that part of the road floods quite badly
