Investigating
Potholes and dead leaves/mud make the raised path even narrower and more dangerous than it already is. If the dead leaves could be cleared the path would be less slippery and it would make it safer when passing oncoming cyclists or pedestrians. Unfortunately cyclists have no choice but to use the raised rough path along the A415 between Culham when they commute to Europa school or Culham science centre as the main road is too unsafe for cyclists with drivers often dangerously overtaking cyclists on this road and cars and lorries going at high speeds. Many children cycle on this raised path everyday and should be able to cycle on a safe path.
