Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8852465.

The back alley behind the houses in Dacy Road is being filled with domestic household stuff again. Resident from one of the properties between 59 & 75 seen dragging stuff into the alley from a back gate. alley becoming impassable.
