Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8852191.

Litter on end of pedestrian bridge over m25 from Ongar Hill to Sandy Lane. The litter is behind the wire fence. I have reported to Runnymede and highways and no one claims responsibility.
