Flood water outside the front of the property, due to blocked gully’s, due to lots of rain the water appears to have no where to go and backs up under the front window where there is a drain when it gets to bad it covers and over flows as close to the front door preventing us from going out,

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We have assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days.
