Huge amounts of rubbish on the grass verge on both sides of the carriageway

Huge amounts of rubbish and litter on the grass verge on both sides of the carriageway leading to and from the airport. Not a great image when trying to get investment into this country from overseas, when collecting and dropping off clients to the airport. Can this please be cleaned up along this stretch, to set the right impression of an clean, efficient country that is open for business and expansion and not in social and economical decline.
