Potholes on speed humps

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category by Michael King at 18:36, Thursday 5 February 2026

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8848092.

Most of the speed humps from the Link eastwards have potholes or crumbling paving. The one at the junction of Firgrove Road and School Lane is particularly bad.

  • Some tarmac patches have been applied, but this is only mitigation and after a week the tarmac is crumbling already. It is to be hoped that the County Council will arrange for a proper repair to the paving that tops the cushions.
