Road disintegrating around manhole cover.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8847105.

The road is disintegrating around a manhole cover causing drivers to avoid the debris, possibly using the wrong side of the road. This damage has been there for a while and looks like its been reported before but it still exists. It needs repairing.
