Illegal parking on schoo zig zags

Tylorstown Primary, zig zags outside school. CF43 3HQ.

I have previously reported cars parking illegally outside Tylorstown primary but unfortunately the issue is still ongoing even after a traffic warden patrolled the street this week. Today, (5th Feb, 2026) was worse than usual as it was raining quite heavily. Due to the weather there were cars parked bumper to bumper on the zig zags outside the main gate of the school. Visibility was poor and there were many children and parents rushing to get out of the rain. There were children trying to get into the illegally parked cars and hitting people with car doors on the pavement who were trying to walk past and children were trying to cross between cars that were bumper to bumper. This is dangerous and if this issue isn't patrolled properly then there will be an incident. This is a child safeguarding issue and needs to be addressed quickly. Please could a parking enforcement van drive through Edmonde street, in Tylorstown at school pick up time which starts at 15.15.
