Blocked drain - northbound carriageway just before turning into harroway

The drain is on the northbound carriageway and is fully blocked. This has previously been reported but the status of that earlier report seems to have changed to resolved, which is incorrect. The drain needs clearing so that the water can run away rather than remaining on the carriageway. There are other issues on this road including several potential aquaplaining risks, that also need investigating, some of which have also been reported. Routine checks and clearance is really what’s required to keep many stretches of the road clear (in both directions) of rainwater and safe for all types of road users.
