Outside steps that lead upto 28a Park Parade, po9 5AD In poor condition

What3words Rips.valve.wiring

The edge of step tiles have broken away in a few places making unsafe and trip hazard. Parts of the wall have crumbled away also

The other steps in location could also be in similar condition
