Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8843315.

There is a whole in the fencing at the bottom of the grass area. Children and dogs are able to escape / enter via this area.

Also gates to park - are you able to put a safety latch on them? 2 gates in the park making it difficult to stop children running off
