Updates

  • State changed to: Action scheduled

Updated by Enfield Council at 13:34, Friday 6 February 2026

  • Only two of the potholes were repaired today by Enfield Council but whether by coincidence or otherwise the site of one of the pothole repairs on Bourne Hill (by the entrance to Fox Lane) has 1. Fresh Tyre tracks on the grass verge by the repair leading to a hole in the ground where a road sign has now been knocked down. And a pebble trail (of the kind used in the repair) from the road leading onto the verge. 2. A blocked drain now filled almost to the top with fresh pebbles of the type used in the repair.

3 a number of smaller but deep potholes remain (including those in the above photos that I submitted originally)
