  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We have assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks.

  • Investigation: Completed (Duplicate), Defect Repair: Not Started - We can confirm that we have already been made aware of this issue. A works order has been raised which you can follow on 8839573 and add updates. The expected completion date for these works will be 21/08/2026 likely sooner.
