There are numerous rubbish bins and recylcing boxes left on pavement permanently restricting wheelchair access to the pavement.

  • Resident has called back as the waste containers are all along the pavement along with wheelie bins , the pavemnt is totally block, would a letter be able to be sent out to residents explaining how and what they can put out for collection and not to block the pavement.
