Overflowing bins

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8836794.

Bins are over flowing with sauce and bits of chicken behind the KFC on Allerton Road and rats have been seen by the bins. This place has not even been open a week yet and is causing issues already.
