Bad potholes all over Crow Lane

Bad potholes all over Crow Lane. Customer states the state of the road is causing her to swerve to miss potholes. She states this was previously reported and was told that works were due to start in February this year.

    The Priority 3 repair cause a burst tyre today. Considering that you have inspected it 4 days ago, this seems to be a case of incompetence of determining whether a pothole is dangerous or not. It's more than 40mm deep, and 1500mm x 700mm which is HUGE in size. Expect a claim against damage and losses. We pay Council tax, you break the door for a 20 quid arrears, we pay road tax, DVLA gives an £80 fine if we don't pay for it. Now I hope you'll not call in section 58, because it's pretty clear that if you have checked this road 4 days ago, and didn't think that this pothole should be repaired it's obvious that someone doesn't do their job right at your place.
