Cars being parked and worked on

14 blackthorn road, great western park.

Cars (numerous different cars) being parked and worked on, seems like a business being run from a residential property, counted 5 at least today, parked over what was a green space on the maple road side of the house. I also assume this space is not owned by the property, when the roads are officially adopted I believe it is council property, they have turned the area into a mud bath. It is extremely unsightly and quite often there is extremely loud music being blasted from the garage area where they appear to be working on cars. I would appreciate it being looked into the goings on and whether it is a business, it makes the area look very bad.
