Dog Fouling regularly in walk-way lane between houses at Ridsdale Square

The walk-way lane that runs between the two streets that form Ridsdale Square, Ashington is being used as a convenient 'dog's toilet.' Dog foul has been found regularly in this lane and it has been seen that that one or two of the culprits of this are in fact residing in the street. This is utterly unacceptable, irresponsible, extremely anti-social, a health danger and can be carried into people's homes.
